What are your Hours?

Our rental department is open from Monday through Saturday from 9am-6pm and Sunday from 11am-4pm. Rental pick up and drop off MUST occur at least 1 hour prior to department closure.  Please be sure to leave ample time to pick up or drop off your rental. Also, please note that other customers may be picking up or dropping off at the same time as you are. We appreciate your patience during this time so we may focus on getting everybody served in a efficient manner.

Which motorcycles can I rent?

We have a variety of new models are available. Browse and book online or feel free to stop in the dealership and see a rental agent, we would be glad to show you the many options available. Have a look at the current models to see which one appeals to you.

What do I get with my rental?

Along with your rented motorcycle, you'll get an H-D® country-approved helmet, raingear, short-term luggage storage and optional 24-hour roadside assistance.

What do I need to rent a bike?

You must have a full and valid driver's license with a valid motorcycle endorsement, the skills to handle a heavy weight motorcycle and a major credit card. The minimum age to rent is 21 years of age. Renters must wear closed toe shoes and long pants. If you plan to leave the state of Arizona, you must notify us in advance. All rental motorcycles must remain within the US or Canada during time of rental. All non-U.S. citizens are required to purchase the V.I.P. Combined Coverage Package.

What gear do I need?

No gear is necessary, as we supply an H-D® country-approved helmet and raingear. You're welcome to bring your own helmet if you wish, protective leathers, gloves, and boots so you feel completely comfortable as you ride off into the distance.

How does insurance work?

We offer you a choice of Supplemental Liability Insurance, Personal Accident and Personal Property coverage or all them combined in our V.I.P. Package with your rental. If you have a motorcycle insurance policy, we recommend contacting your insurance agent to check if you are covered on a rented motorcycle.

What happens after I book online?

You will receive an online reservation acknowledgement email that will confirm your rental. When you pick up your rental motorcycle, ensure you bring your full and valid driver's license with a valid motorcycle endorsement, your major credit card and your sense of adventure.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation at any time. The $50 reservation deposit is non-refundable.
